Balcombe Pre-School provides a nurturing environment for children to seek, learn and develop through play. We have highly dedicated staff who work closely with the parent-run committee and local community to offer an outstanding kindergarten program.

Tour dates for prospective 2027 families & on-time kindergarten registrations have now closed. Round 1 offers (for on-time registrations) will commence in late July 2026.
*Please note: Pre-School places are allocated in line with the Department of Education’s Priority of Access (PoA) & Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Local Allocation Criteria. This process applies to both on-time and late registrations. Where there are multiple children eligible for the same level of priority, Mornington Peninsula Shire uses the EnrolNow computerised system to randomly generate allocation. The Department of Education’s Priority of Access (PoA) is applied before the Shire’s Local Allocation Criteria.
